Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, direct talent acquisition, and support employee development. You will design and implement HR strategies, oversee recruitment and onboarding, manage performance reviews, and address employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include benefits administration, payroll coordination, and maintaining HRIS and HR reporting.

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience: 5+ years in HR management
