Job Description
ITMH Solutions is hiring enthusiastic, customer-focused female Urdu & Punjabi call center agents for part-time, in-person roles. Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve inquiries, maintain accurate records, follow scripts, and escalate complex issues. Freshers and experienced candidates welcome. Must have excellent English communication, basic computer and typing skills, ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and willingness to work night shifts. Pay: Rs35,00–Rs75,00/month.
