Job Description
Domino’s Pizza Pakistan seeks a Regional Manager (Central Region) to lead 3–4 districts, driving sales, PAC%, compliance and operational excellence. Conduct quarterly regional business reviews and partner with HR, Supply Chain, QA and Marketing. Support District Managers in people development, succession planning and capability building; plan manpower and store expansion; approve budgets and staffing; lead audits, safety and CX programs; represent the region in senior forums. Requirements: Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred), 8+ years QSR/franchise operations (≥2 years multi‑unit leadership), strong cost control/reporting, extensive travel readiness. Full‑time, in‑person.
