Job Description
We seek a confident, well-presented Guest Relations Officer to manage guest interactions and deliver exceptional service at Destination Hotels By Dreamworld in Peshawar. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests, handling queries, complaints, and feedback, coordinating with other departments for guest satisfaction, and maintaining guest records and reports. Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a presentable personality, prior experience preferred, and the ability to handle guests professionally. Full-time, in-person role. Competitive market salary starting from Rs35,00 per month.
