Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a reputed telecom company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Premium) to manage inbound customer calls.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide online support.
- Verify billing addresses and coordinate with the Operations team for fault rectifications.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets; maintain records of faults.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Freshers or candidates with 1 year of call center experience are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 plus incentives.
