Job Description
Kareemiya Tech & BPO is looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Lead for our Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in fluent English and at least 1 year of experience in a team lead role within a call center. Night shift availability from 7 PM to 5 AM is required.
Females are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include overseeing the team and performing additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
Location: Kareemiya Technologies, 1st Floor, Zam Zam Plaza, Near Byco Petrol Pump, Range Road, Rawalpindi.
