Job Description:
- Formulate and review specifications for raw materials and products.
- Update product specifications to enhance shelf life.
- Conduct R&D for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Marketing teams.
- Evaluate shelf life studies and product expiry.
- Perform nutritional testing for compliance.
- Monitor recipe control for product quality.
- Cost and monitor raw materials and packaging.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Food Technology.
- 4-5 years of FMCG experience.
