Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cost Controller to join Sheikh Saleem Group Of Companies. Key responsibilities include:
• Reporting daily and monthly Food & Beverage (F&B) costs, analyzing variances, and monitoring slow-moving items.
• Ensuring that all inventory movements are accurately documented and accounted for.
• Costing recipes, inter-kitchen transfers, and F&B consumed by hotel employees.
• Verifying data entered by Materials Management and preparing various cost reports as needed.
• Auditing operating procedures within the Materials Management Division.
• Traveling to different restaurants in Islamabad for reports on wastage and other management requirements.
