Job Description
Join Abacus Consulting as a Contact Center Team Lead! We are looking for an enthusiastic leader to manage our team efficiently while ensuring high service levels and achieving business targets. Your responsibilities will include managing business processes, resolving escalated inquiries and complaints, conducting return to work interviews, and providing coaching through call monitoring.
The ideal candidate will maintain training and development plans, motivate team members to achieve retention targets, and offer constructive feedback. This position is a Full-time contract for 11 months, with a pay range of Rs 60,00.00 – Rs 70,00.00 per month. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
