Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Payactiv SDS-IT Islamabad as a Fraud and Risk Agent. In this role, you will monitor and work on fraud-specific queues while being self-motivated and results-oriented. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your strong verbal communication skills to gather information for investigations through internal and external resources.
Your responsibilities will include entering data into the SFDC database to track loss information and managing the OTRS ticketing system. Flexibility is key, as you will work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A minimum of 2 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree are required.
