Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Prima Systems as a Patient Support Specialist. In this role, you will assist patients via phone calls, emails, and chat to facilitate their appointment scheduling and rescheduling needs.
Responsibilities: Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments, provide excellent customer service, maintain patient records, and verify insurance information.
Requirements: 1 year of US-based customer support experience, proficiency in EMR/EHR systems, strong English communication, and excellent organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs100,00 – Rs130,00 per month
