Job Description
BGMC Consultancy Pvt Ltd is seeking a Customer Sales Specialist to engage with incoming leads for our professional development courses in Health and Safety and Business Process Excellence. Ideal candidates should have a consultative sales approach and a passion for helping others grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with web-generated leads and provide course information.
- Assess student needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Build rapport with prospective candidates and address their queries.
- Track interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in educational sales or counseling.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and Business Process certifications.
- Strong communication skills and CRM proficiency.
