Job Description
We are currently on the lookout for a meticulous and skilled Accounts Executive to oversee financial transactions and ensure precise record-keeping for our real estate operations within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records by applying double-entry accounting methods.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, alongside vendor and client invoicing.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow efficiently.
- Assist with tax compliance and preparations for audits.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
