Job Description
Position Overview:
Zue Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated Accounting and Bookkeeping Executive to manage daily financial activities, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist the finance team with timely reconciliations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
– Accurately record transactions in QuickBooks
– Perform monthly account reconciliations
– Process payments through Bill.com
– Support payroll processing using Paychex
– Prepare financial reports and maintain necessary documentation.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
– 2 to 4 years of bookkeeping experience with U.S. clients
– Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Paychex.
