Job Description

We seek an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to lead financial operations within a manufacturing environment. You will oversee month‑end close, inventory valuation, cost accounting, budgeting, cash‑flow management, internal controls, and statutory and internal audits. The role includes supervising and mentoring a small accounting team and collaborating with operations to improve cost control and reporting.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred; minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing accounting; proficiency with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel; strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
