Job Description
HR Force International invites applications for an Accounts and Finance Associate to support BPro Hubs. The position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, executing month- and year-end closings, performing bank and vendor reconciliations, preparing journal entries, managing accounts receivable and payable, supporting audits, and driving process improvements.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Experience: 0–6 months; proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems (QuickBooks, Odoo)
- Skills: analytical, detail-oriented, effective communicator, and eager to learn
