Job Description
Sparco Paints is seeking a skilled and results-driven Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, reporting, and strategy. In this full-time position, you will ensure compliance, manage budgets, provide financial analysis, and drive strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and forecast financial strategies.
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and enforce compliance with accounting standards.
- Supervise accounting staff and implement internal controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
