Job Description
Hi Volts Guitar Shop is searching for a proactive and results-oriented female HR Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic team. The primary responsibilities of this role include attracting and retaining top talent, providing staff training, managing payroll, and overseeing team performance records.
Qualifications: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, a Bachelor’s degree, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and marketing strategies. Additionally, two professional references are required.
Job Hours: 12 PM to 8 PM / 10 PM. Compensation: Rs. 45,00.00 – Rs. 70,00.00 per month.
