Job Description
Barqtron Engineering Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage daily financial activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling all daily activities related to receipts and payments
- Weekly petty cash recording and closure
- Verifying payments and coordinating with the bank
- Reconciling vendor ledgers monthly
- Conducting intercompany reconciliations
- Addressing account-related queries
- Assisting with tasks assigned by the Manager
- Preparing and submitting Sales Tax Returns (SRB)
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience
- ACCA/CMA/CA/ICMA (Partially Qualified)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
