Job Description
Milele is looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance department. This role is essential for managing bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance. The selected candidate will oversee accounts payable (AP), conduct reconciliations, and handle financial documentation to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy.
- Coordinate payments to both local and international suppliers.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications: ACCA Part Qualified, BBA, CA Inter, or B. Com with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
