Job Description
Prima Systems is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with expertise in Sage Intacct. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of accounts payable, processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to support our financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and enter vendor invoices accurately.
- Manage payments via checks, ACH, and wires.
- Maintain vendor records and address inquiries.
- Conduct reconciliations and month-end close activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
- Proficiency in Sage Intacct and Microsoft Office.
