Job Description

Job Summary: Ziyam Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Accounts professional. The candidate will manage accounts payable and receivable, process payroll, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records and process invoices.
• Prepare payroll and assist in financial reporting.
• Resolve billing issues and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in accounting roles and familiarity with QuickBooks.
