Job Description
Multi MZ Collections is in search of an organized and skilled Admin Officer to manage and oversee administrative operations at our textile manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office functions, compliance with company policies, and supporting various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and shifts.
- Facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes in collaboration with HR.
- Supervise facility management effectively.
- Ensure the availability of necessary office supplies.
- Manage correspondence and prepare reports as needed.
Qualifications:
