Job Description

Paragon Exchange Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a qualified male candidate for the position of Administration Officer. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing daily administrative and personnel services, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, and improving overall operational efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate records of office supplies.
  • Update and manage company fixed assets.
  • Prepare essential documents for regulatory authorities.
  • Generate monthly and weekly operational reports.
  • Oversee effective fleet management.
  • Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly.
  • Basic computer skills, particularly with MS Excel, are required.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
