Job Description
IBSTEC is in search of a dedicated and disciplined Admin Supervisor to oversee our administrative team and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This position demands strong leadership skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise administrative staff, including office boys and cleaners.
- Ensure office cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Manage office supplies and inventory levels.
- Coordinate regular office maintenance.
Requirements: Preferred candidates include retired Army personnel who possess strong organizational abilities, reliable work ethic, and the capability to work 12-hour shifts.
