Job Description
Join our team at Santex Products as a dedicated Admin Supervisor. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing office administration tasks, coordinating meetings and lunches, and overseeing janitorial services.
- Oversee scheduling and attendance management.
- Verify vendor invoices and manage payment processes.
- Issue gate passes and maintain document management systems.
- Supervise junior staff and assist with petty cash management.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree (B.COM/BA/BBA) with 1-3 years of relevant experience. We encourage male candidates to apply.
