Job Description

Hitek Trainings is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Manager (Female) for our Sialkot campus. This full-time role offers a competitive salary between PKR 20,00 – 28,00/- plus incentives.

The Administration Manager will manage daily administrative operations, oversee student inquiries, maintain records, assist in HR functions, and facilitate communication between students and staff. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience, is preferred.

Key skills include strong organizational abilities, excellent communication in English and Urdu, and proficiency in MS Office.
