Job Description
Progressive Education Network (PEN) is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to oversee all departments of 20 schools within our cluster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high educational standards and effective school operations.
1. Monitoring and Evaluation:
· Conduct regular visits to schools to monitor performance and adherence to standards.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of operations, teaching practices, and student outcomes.
· Analyze performance data and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
2. Procurement and Resource Management:
· Oversee the procurement of educational materials and supplies for all schools.
