Job Description
Arfa Karim Technology Incubator is looking for dedicated and customer-focused Admission Advisors (Call Center Agents) to enrich our admissions team. In this full-time role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with applications, share information, and ensure excellent follow-up while entering essential data.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred), prior call center or customer service experience, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should possess excellent phone etiquette, active listening abilities, and basic computer skills to navigate CRM software.
This position offers a competitive pay range of Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month.
