Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and communicative Female Admission Officer to join our admissions team at The Avicenna Education System. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education, enjoy engaging with others, and demonstrate professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process student admission applications.
- Provide accurate information to prospective students and their families.
- Organize and participate in admission events.
- Maintain student records and documentation.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Follow up on inquiries to optimize enrollment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; prior experience in admissions or customer service is preferred; exceptional communication skills are essential.
