Job Description
French Medical Aesthetics is seeking a confident, full-time Customer Service Representative. Travel allowance provided. This in-person role requires professional handling of calls, WhatsApp and online inquiries; advising clients on treatments, packages and pricing; booking and confirming appointments; maintaining records, follow-ups and daily reports; coordinating with doctors and aestheticians; and supporting promotions and social media.
- Requirements: prior clinic experience REQUIRED; fluent in English and Urdu; strong persuasion, multitasking and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HIFU, PRP, HydraFacial, lasers and IV drips is a plus.
- Compensation: Rs45,00–65,00 per month.
