Job Description

S.M.J International Industries is seeking an Aftersales Supervisor to oversee our aftersales operations and ensure customer satisfaction within our dealer network. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, coordinating repairs, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications include a Diploma of Associate Engineering (D.A.E) in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines, 4-5 years of relevant experience in aftersales service, strong technical skills, and a customer-focused approach.

We offer a market-competitive salary of Rs50,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, comprehensive benefits, and a full-time position requiring in-person work.
