Job Description

International Industries is seeking an Aftersales Support Specialist to oversee aftersales operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within our dealer network. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, coordinating repairs or replacements, gathering product feedback, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (D.A.E) in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines.
• 4–5 years in aftersales service, preferably in the lead-acid battery or manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical background with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with effective communication abilities.

We offer a competitive salary package of Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month, comprehensive benefits, and a full-time work environment.
