Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our Agriculture Center as the In-Charge. This full-time position involves supervising and mentoring staff, developing strategic programs, and engaging with the community to promote sustainable farming practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise agronomists and extension workers
- Design and coordinate training programs for farmers
- Provide expert advice on crop management
- Foster relationships with local stakeholders
