Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated Agriculture Sales Officer to manage fertilizer sales targets, provide expert crop advisory services, and execute various agricultural projects. The successful candidate will evaluate the performance of Centre In-charges and Field Assistants, organize farmer training, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications include a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, with at least 5 years of experience in sales or agricultural services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective farmer engagement and collaboration. This is a full-time position with a monthly pay of Rs300,00.00 – Rs350,00.00.
