Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Operations Coordinator to enhance our operations, manage inventory, track sales performance, and facilitate communication between our restaurant locations and head office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly inventory checks across all locations.
- Manage the clearance of faulty stock and transfers.
- Assist in budget preparation and management.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with restaurant managers on performance metrics.
- Supervise restaurant staff for operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with 3-5 years of experience in restaurant operations.
