Job Description
HR Innovista is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager for Procurement & Tendering. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, preparing tenders, ensuring production aligns with tender specifications, and maintaining quality checks. You will also negotiate with vendors, handle procurement documentation, and establish relationships with key external suppliers and DISCOs.
Qualifications include a BBA or equivalent, with 2-3 years of experience in procurement, tender management, or production coordination. Essential technical skills include proficiency in SAP B1 and Excel. Strong communication, planning, and team-building skills are a must.
