Job Description
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Assistant Manager Recruitment within our Human Resources Department, based at our head office in DHA Phase 8, Karachi.
Position: Assistant Manager HR
Qualifications: BBA/MBA
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Salary: Rs 70,00 – Rs 90,00 per month
Software Expertise: Proficient in Paypeople
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment process, from hiring to onboarding.
- Draft and publish detailed technical job descriptions.
- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Demonstrate considerable experience in technical recruitment.
- Utilize technical knowledge to understand job requirements for specialized positions.
