Job Description
Amzdudes is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Case Management Specialist to join our Karachi office. This full-time, on-site position is primarily focused on managing cases within Amazon Seller Central and ensuring the overall health of our accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee case logs in Amazon Seller Central
- Prepare appeals and Plans of Action
- Facilitate prompt case resolution
- Ensure adherence to account compliance
- Accurately document all case-related activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s policies
- Exceptional English communication skills
