Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Annotation Team Lead to oversee and mentor data annotators, ensuring delivery of accurate labeled datasets for machine learning projects. You will manage task allocation, review and validate annotations, establish and maintain annotation guidelines, and collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet deadlines.
- Qualifications: 3+ years in data annotation or labeling, leadership experience, strong attention to detail, familiarity with annotation tools, and excellent communication skills.
