Job Description
Healthrix is actively looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our dynamic medical billing team. This vital role involves managing billing processes, collections, and resolving outstanding claims. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and submitting medical claims to insurance providers and government agencies.
- Maintaining effective communication with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers.
- Investigating and resolving claim denials and discrepancies.
- Following up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely payments.
