Job Description
EHM IT Services is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Estimator with a focus on site development and landscaping for projects based in the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and developing competitive pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
- Examine construction plans to assess costs.
- Implement value engineering to optimize project expenditures.
- Ensure adherence to local codes and regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a minimum of 1 year of experience, and proficiency in estimation software.
Salary: $70,00.00 – $100,00.00 per month
Work Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
