Job Description

Agahe Pakistan is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Area Manager for Microfinance Operations across several districts, including Okara, Pakpattan, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Multan, Muzaffargarh, Khanewal, Layyah, Rajanpur, Kasur, and Vehari.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee loan disbursement verification.
• Conduct recovery visits and meetings.
• Ensure adherence to business quality and compliance standards.
• Monitor team performance and address conflicts effectively.
• Perform periodic compliance checks related to AML/CFT regulations.

Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month, based on experience.
