Job Description
Traditions by Saleem Fabrics is currently looking for a motivated and dedicated Area Manager to oversee multiple retail locations within our assigned territory. In this pivotal role, you will ensure operational efficiency, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer service across all stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations for all designated stores.
- Support each location in meeting sales and profit objectives.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store management and staff members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in retail management.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
