Job Description
Aftab Group of Companies Pvt. Ltd. is excited to announce an opening for an Area Sales Manager in the Sahiwal region. We are in search of a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales management, team leadership, and strong relationship-building skills with both distributors and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations across the Sahiwal and Burewala zones.
- Lead and motivate the area sales team while collaborating effectively with distributors.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by developing innovative strategies.
- Conduct market research and maintain client relationships.
- Compile sales data for reporting to the National Sales Manager.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree (MBA or BBA preferred), a minimum of 4 years of sales experience, residency in Sahiwal, and possession of a personal motorcycle.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs60,00.00.
