Job Description
Join Nestlé Pakistan as an Area Sales Manager in Jhelum, Pakistan. This full-time position is crucial for managing Sales Operations within your assigned territory.
You will be responsible for achieving targets and KPIs, developing field sales plans, managing distributors and customers, and ensuring execution at the Point of Purchase.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sales/Marketing or a related field, with 2-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in Out of Home Channels. A strong work ethic, self-starter attitude, and experience leading a sales team are essential for success in this role.
