Job Description
Gourmet Foods seeks an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead territory sales, increase revenue, and manage distributors and key accounts. The role directs field teams to implement trade promotions, perform market research, and coach regional sales staff to meet targets. Core responsibilities include territory planning, sales process management, distributor development, and key account stewardship.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6–8 years’ experience in the sugar industry or FMCG.
- Strong territory management, sales process, leadership, and analytical skills.
