Job Description
Provox Global Solutions is seeking a skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design and implement conversational agents and improve customer interactions using Dialogflow (CX/ES) and CCAI. The role involves backend development with Node.js, API management, and deployment on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Responsibilities: design and optimize conversational flows, integrate and manage APIs, and maintain scalable cloud solutions.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; 5+ years of software development experience; proficiency with Dialogflow, Node.js, SQL, and JavaScript.
