Job Description
Ayk Private Limited is excited to announce an opening for a motivated and experienced Account Assistant to support our dynamic accounting team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing administrative assistance to accountants, ensuring efficient record management, report organization, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Qualifications: MBA, M.Com, or BBA (Hons) in Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare statutory accounts with precision.
- Ensure accurate payment processing and record-keeping.
- Manage spreadsheets and ledgers effectively.
- Oversee credit control and follow up on outstanding debts.
- Process expense requests and perform bank reconciliations.
