Job Description
Join NC Entertainment as an Assistant Floor Manager, where you’ll oversee daily cinema operations. Your key responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction through smooth ticketing and hall maintenance, and leading team training for high-quality service delivery. You’ll also be responsible for cash handling, enforcing safety protocols, and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
To qualify, you should have an MBA or BBA, along with at least 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or cinema management. Strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask are essential, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
